Young People's Panel

It is important that we listen to everyone's views about policing and how it could be improved. We use what you tell us to inform our decisions and to set the Chief Constable's objectives each year. We want young people to speak out about policing. We wish to set up a panel of young people, from 14 to 18 years old, who will give us honest, open views about their experiences and perceptions of the police in Cheshire. We will ask you to complete up to two postal (reply paid) surveys each year; arrange group discussions to explore your opinions in more detail; invite you to get involved in making suggestions for improvement; use what you tell us to inform our decisions; but we will not publish your name or personal details. If you are interested in joining our Young People’s Speak Out Panel, click on the link in the title of this section.
